Tacna Hill is where this house stands, precisely at the south of Maitencillo, which is well known for its Chilean beach resort. It occupied 122 square meters just next two different environments; those are the forest and the Pacific Ocean. It’s a great gateway and it will be a great place to relax rest and gather with relatives, family and friends. If you’re bored with water then you can enjoy the soft wind blowing between the trees in the forest and listen to it as it whispers softly and slowly through your ears.

This minimalist modern house is built upon an elevated platform, 3.8 meters above ground level. Because of the height and plan rotation, this house grants the best view towards the Pacific and great sunset view. It is built in impregnated pine wood. Sometimes a good design doesn’t always come although you search for it, sometime intuition and daydream are the main source of a great architectural design.
