Oh My God…It is so beautiful! This luxury extravagant contemporary Broadway Residences design is an impressive residential project by Samantha Ahdoot from International Stephen Vitalich Architects, a guarantee name for striking building residential project. The exterior is absolute amazing and I really love the approach to create such dwelling with warm inviting character like this. I’d like to go there and see it with my own eyes. And later own and live in a dream home like that.

This project was completed by SVA for four loft style single family residences developed as a small lot subdivision. These amazing project is best example of two storey building with open plan design that offer airy room concept for first level. That place is constructed with double height for living space, dining area, open kitchen, powder room and service porch. All of them offers never ending beauty in every detail. I do love this open large kitchen design.

Next, the second level consists of a master bedroom suite and two smaller bedrooms with a bathroom and home office area. Due to the wooden material in almost wrapped exterior and interior, this home serve warm inviting for the owner and guest entirely.
